US Prime Packaging (usprimepackaging.com) · Effective and last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction

US Prime Packaging (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom printed packaging, including boxes, mailers, trays, bags, and inserts, through usprimepackaging.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, request a quote, place an order, or contact us, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site. If you have questions, contact us at support@usprimepackaging.com or +1 929 652 2289.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:

  • Contact details: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and job title.
  • Quote and order details: product type, dimensions, materials, quantities, finishes, delivery dates, and notes or special instructions.
  • Billing and shipping details: billing address, shipping address, and order history. Payment card details are entered with our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Business documents: if you ask for tax-exempt status, a resale or exemption certificate.
  • Artwork and files: logos, images, dielines, and other design files you upload or email to us (see Section 4).
  • Communications: messages, emails, call notes, and support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, approximate location (such as city or region), browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from others. We may receive limited information from payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers that help us operate the Site and fulfill orders.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers. Please do not send them to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, mockups, and proofs.
  • Process, produce, ship, and support your orders, including returns, reprints, and warranty or quality issues.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and keep the Site and our business secure.
  • Send order confirmations, proof approvals, shipping updates, and other service messages.
  • Send marketing emails about our products and offers where permitted by law, and honor your opt-out requests.
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve our content, product pages, and ordering experience.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, and enforce our terms.

4. Your Artwork and Design Files

Custom packaging depends on the files you send us, so we handle them carefully:

  • We use your artwork, logos, and files only to prepare quotes and proofs, produce your order, and support reorders or customer service related to that order.
  • We do not sell, publish, or reuse your artwork for other customers.
  • We share files only with the production, printing, and shipping partners who need them to complete your order.
  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you submit, including logos, trademarks, and images. Please avoid uploading images with embedded location (GPS) data, because it can remain visible in files and proofs we share with our production partners.
  • You can ask us to delete your stored artwork files at any time, subject to any order we are still completing and records we must keep by law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use, or may in the future use, analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google (including Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and similar advertising platforms. These tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect data such as pages viewed, IP address, device information, and actions you take on our Site (for example, submitting a quote request). They may share that data with those providers for measurement, remarketing, and personalized advertising. In some cases, details you give us, such as your email address, may be shared in hashed (scrambled) form so a platform can match it to its own users. Under some state privacy laws, this counts as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” These providers handle data under their own privacy policies (policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy). You can opt out as described in Sections 6 and 10.

We share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Production and fulfillment partners, such as printers, manufacturers, and shipping carriers, who need your order details, artwork, and delivery information to make and deliver your products. Some of these partners may be located outside the United States. We share only what is needed for your order.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, such as accountants, insurers, or legal counsel, or when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We would require the new owner to honor this policy.
  • Others with your consent, or at your direction.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to:

  • Operate the Site (essential cookies), for example to keep items in your cart or remember form entries.
  • Remember preferences (functional cookies).
  • Measure and improve performance (analytics cookies), using tools such as Google Analytics, to see which pages are most visited and how people use our quote form. Advertising cookies and pixels from providers such as Google, Meta, and similar platforms measure ad performance, recognize return visits to our Site, and show you relevant ads on other sites and apps.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Site from working properly. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google account’s My Ad Center and in your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. You may also opt out of sharing for advertising at any time by emailing support@usprimepackaging.com or, where available, through the cookie settings on our Site.

Opt-out signals. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where our tools support them. When we detect one, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, to the extent required by your state’s law. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.

7. Email, Calls, and Text Messages

We use your email address and phone number to respond to you and to communicate about your quote or order. We send marketing emails only where permitted, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by writing to support@usprimepackaging.com. We will not send marketing text messages without your consent, and you can reply STOP to any text message program you have joined. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text-message consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Service messages about an active order may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including completing orders, handling returns and warranty issues, resolving disputes, and meeting tax, accounting, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. Artwork files may be kept for a reasonable period to support reorders unless you ask us to delete them. Advertising and analytics providers keep the data they collect under their own retention practices.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site, access controls, and trusted payment processors. No website or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords and tell us right away if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

We offer these choices to all U.S. customers. Depending on your state, you may have the legal right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy, including in a portable format.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Section 6 explains how to opt out, including through Global Privacy Control.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it for purposes that would require this.
  • Not be treated unfairly for exercising your rights. We will not deny you service or charge you different prices for making a request.

How to make a request. Email support@usprimepackaging.com or call +1 929 652 2289. Please include your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity before acting, for example by confirming details of a past order. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority.

Our response. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our message or emailing us with “Appeal” in the subject line, and we will review the decision and reply in writing within 60 days of receiving your appeal. Depending on your state, you may also contact your state attorney general.
